Our members make a promise to live in accordance with the laws of scouting, which all serve to fulfil the above aim and promote the ideal of a duty to god, duty to self and duty to others. These aims are very noble but we believe that to achieve them youth members must enjoy scouting and have fun. It is therefore the role of the leaders of the group to build fun programs that also fulfill the aims of scouting.
As a West Centenary Scout member, there are a wide range of activities on offer. Campcraft and outdoor location games are prominent in our program of activities as well as adventurous activities, and general badge work offered within the wider scouting program.
West Centenary Scout Group has two Scout Halls; Jamboree Heights-Wacol and Darra.
